At 12:01pm EST on 1/3/2017, the Sense Realtime Monitor API entered a degraded state for a subset of users, causing the bubble display and power meter in their apps to stop working. We resolved this issue at 2:30pm EST on 1/4/2017 and all APIs should be functioning normally now. We are working on improving our monitoring so that we can detect and recover from this failure mode much more quickly in the future.
